LAMPAK II Model UFO-2E is
capable of illuminating any 2, 3, 4 or 8 rapid start, instant start,
HO, VHO, standard or energy efficient lamp. Average bare lamp lumen
output during the 90 minute emergency cycle is typically greater than
800 lumens. Average output may vary depending on lamp construction and
age.
Application/Installation:
Ideal for use in new or
retrofit applications where an easily installed, economical means of
providing emergency power to selected 2, 3, 4 or 8 commercial or
industrial fixtures is required. Truly universal electronics design
eliminates compatibility problems with ballasts or lamps.
LAMPAK II offers great versatility in mounting methods depending upon
the type of fluorescent fixture and on individual preference. The power
pack may be mounted externally on the fixture housing, on adjacent walls
or building frame members, or internally within ballast chambers 4 1 /2"
or wider. By providing a 3 /8" hole between lamp tubes, the unit can be
mounted to allow the test switch/pilot light to protrude through the
fixture housing or ballast chamber cover to allow ease of testing. An
extension light tube for the test switch/AC "ON" light is provided for
use with lensed fixtures which allows testing by slightly depressing
fixture lens to activate the test switch.
