Features
The Dual-Lite AS series
emergency lighting units offer a traditional design coupled with the
flexibility and extremely long life of pocket-plate, nickel-cadmium
batteries. Construction is of 18-gauge steel with a traditional dark
brown enamel finish. Each unit contains an SCR solid-state charger, an
automatic transfer circuit, a test switch and a charge-rate indicator.
Dual lighting heads of injection-molded thermoplastic are fully
adjustable. A knockout is provided for mounting a third lighting head on
the cabinet. A full and complete line of remote fixtures and exit signs

Specification:
Standard illumination is
provided using 25-watt, sealed beam type lamps especially designed for
emergency lighting. The usual design objective in emergency lighting is
to provide a level of illumination sufficient to allow people to leave a
building in the event of a power failure. For lamp photometirics, see

Application/Installation:
Ideal for all industrial
applications where traditional units with long-life batteries and
exceptional capacity for remote operation and maximum illumination are
required over extended operating times.
The unit mounts directly to wall by means of two keyhole slots. A
matching brown mounting bracket and a beige-finish shelf are available
options. A piano-hinged top is provided for battery maintenance. Units
are supplied with knockouts for right-end entry of 1 /2" or 3 /4"
conduit. A strain-relief knockout is also provided for standard
three-conductor cord. Connections for remote fixture wiring are fused.
